On August 12, 2026, the island will be within the path of totality. We will accompany you to an observation point with a clear western horizon to ensure you are prepared for the decisive moment and experience the phenomenon safely.

The Moon begins to cover the solar disk. We will use certified glasses throughout this phase.
8:30:09 PM · Totality arrives
The diamond ring and solar corona appear. The light changes, and the lunar shadow sweeps across the landscape.
8:31:21 PM · Light returns
Totality ends; the Sun will set a few minutes later, around 8:42 PM.
Eye Safety
Each spot includes ISO 12312-2 glasses
Looking at the Sun without adequate protection can cause permanent damage. Regular sunglasses are not sufficient. The guide will explain when they should be used and the only moment they can be removed: during totality.

Cancellation of a unique event
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before. No refunds are issued for cancellations with less notice. The activity proceeds even if there are clouds; we will choose the location with the best available forecast, but weather conditions do not entitle you to a refund.

Where will the observation take place?
At a point with a clear western horizon. The exact location will be confirmed before the event based on expected conditions.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Each participant, including children, receives their own certified glasses and instructions on how to use them.
Can we take photos?
Yes. We will explain how to prepare, but the partial phase also requires an appropriate solar filter on the lens.
What happens if it’s cloudy?
The observation will proceed regardless. We will select the location based on the best available weather information.
