Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of the tour. You will be reimbursed 100% of the amount.

• Late cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up at the meeting point at the agreed time, no refund will be made.

• Cancellation by the guide: The tour may be canceled due to force majeure (e.g., weather alert). Additionally, being a group tour, a minimum number of participants is required for it to take place.. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled. In either of these cases, you will be notified as far in advance as possible and offered a change of date or a full refund.
